These Terms govern your use of SnapDune, a product of Periger LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
SnapDune provides kiosk software (photo booth, prize games, live raffle, digital showroom, AI concierge, digital menu, digital signage and feedback) that you configure from a web dashboard and run on your own devices.
Plans are billed per active device, per month, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Retail apps start at $6/device·mo; event & premium apps are $99/device·mo. Trials (14 days retail, 1 day event) show a SnapDune watermark until you subscribe. Billing is per active device with a one-month minimum; you may cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the close of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for the content you display, for obtaining any consent required to collect and contact leads captured on your screens, and for complying with applicable laws (including privacy and marketing laws) in your use of the service.
Do not use SnapDune to display or collect unlawful content, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
SnapDune and its software are owned by Periger LLC. You retain ownership of your content and your leads; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Periger LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the service; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
