Who we are

SnapDune is a product of Periger LLC ("SnapDune", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data across snapdune.com, the SnapDune dashboard, and the SnapDune kiosk apps. Questions: hello@snapdune.com.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email and business details you provide when you sign up. Billing data: processed by our payment provider Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Lead data: contact details that end-guests voluntarily submit at a kiosk (for example a name, email or phone on a photo booth, game, raffle or feedback screen). Usage data: device, log and analytics data to operate and improve the service.

How the business ("controller") uses lead data

When a business runs SnapDune, that business is the controller of the leads captured on its screens; SnapDune acts as a processor on its behalf. The business is responsible for obtaining consent and for how it contacts those leads. SnapDune only processes that data to provide the service and to sync it to the business's own tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, email providers) as configured.

How we use your data

To provide and secure the service, process payments, provide support, send service and (where permitted) product emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service — for example Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and hosting/infrastructure providers — under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the dashboard. We do not run advertising cookies on our marketing site.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@snapdune.com. End-guests should contact the business that operated the kiosk; we will assist that business as its processor.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
