Last updated: July 2026 · SnapDune is a product of Periger LLC.
When a business ("Customer") uses SnapDune to capture leads and run kiosks, the Customer is the data controller and SnapDune (Periger LLC) is the data processor for the personal data of the Customer's end-guests. This Addendum forms part of the Terms of Service.
SnapDune processes end-guest personal data (e.g. name, email, phone captured at a booth, game, raffle, showroom or feedback screen) solely to provide the service: storing leads, showing them in the Customer's dashboard, and syncing them to the Customer's own tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, email providers) as the Customer configures.
The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect and contact end-guests, and for configuring the service in line with applicable law.
SnapDune uses vetted sub-processors to run the service, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and hosting/infrastructure providers. A current list is available on request. We remain responsible for their compliance.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices.
If an end-guest exercises rights (access, deletion, portability, objection), the Customer directs the request and SnapDune assists as processor. Customers can export or delete lead data from the dashboard, or email hello@snapdune.com.
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required.
On termination, the Customer may export their data; we delete or return personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Enterprise customers who need a countersigned DPA can request one at hello@snapdune.com.
